At Empower Simcoe, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to accommodating our clients’ needs. Below is our refunds policy for all fee-for-service offerings, designed to provide clarity and fairness to all our participants.
Refunds:
- Full Refund with Deduction: Participants are eligible for a refund, minus a 15% administration fee, for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the commencement of a service or course.
- 72-Hour Notice: To qualify for a refund, participants must notify Empower Simcoe of their intent to cancel no less than 72 hours prior to the start of the service/course.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was made.
Cancellations with Less Than 72-Hour Notice:
- No Refunds: We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice before the start of a service/course.
- Credit Consideration: In certain cases, we may offer a credit to your account for the full amount paid, to be used towards future services or courses. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances of the cancellation.
How to Request a Refund or Credit:
- Notification: Please inform us of your decision to cancel and request a refund or credit by contacting Empower Simcoe directly.
- Information Required: Provide your name, the service/course you are canceling, and the reason for cancellation.
- Processing Time: Refund and credit requests will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
